The autonomous practice of the multi-pitch equipped route cannot be invented.
Preparation, approach, route finding, relay won't have any more secrets.
Come and learn in all serenity the updated techniques, specific to the equipped multi-pitch, as they are recommended by mountain and climbing professionals.
On the cliffs of the Calanques, Sainte-Victoire or by the way, you will learn by browsing the most beautiful routes.
PROGRAM*
Each of the workshops will be accompanied by a big route during which we will invest the notions seen the day before :
Day 1 : Relay on strap, handling of double rope
Day 2 : Abseiling, rope ascent
Day 3 : Retreads, other types of relays
Day 4 : Access and safe return, choice of path.
Day 5 : Organization of a multi-pitch outing in autonomous mode
